POSITION OVERVIEW:
Main responsibilities and generic activities:
· Be the focal point for all project documentation, reporting on all documentation received and transmitted.
· Manage the flow of technical and customer documentation in projects, orally (team meeting) and in report form.
· Ensure documentation is produced on time, all comments are implemented and completed.
· Be responsible for managing the lifecycle of documents and ensuring the accuracy, consistency and compliance of documents, in order to meet the requirements of any specific project.
· Be responsible for projects, project documents and maintaining all required records.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual conditions.
· Be aware of document control procedures and processes and present them to projects.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Having a higher education diploma (Master’s/Master’s degree).
· Good level of oral, written and spoken English.
· Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in document control, archives
