20 years experience, 20 offices, covering 50 countries, more than 700 clients, we are close to 1300 employees providing global humanized technology solutions aimed at the investment management and credit community. Linedata supports companies to grow and strengthens the development of its clients.

We are a global software provider in the fintech industry and are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our support division based in Tunis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our primarily North American-based financial sector clients.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve client issues related to application use and configuration at all levels of architecture, including the database, application servers, and front-end workflows.

• Report software issues to internal escalation points (including development/Product..) through documented processes and procedures, including replicating the issue when possible.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs to be able to support them effectively.

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients within defined SLAs.

• Prioritize client incidents and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

• Utilize Linedata’s proprietary issue management tool, KEN, to update, escalate, and resolve incidents.

• Interact with various levels of client and firm management through written and verbal communications.

• Identify common issues and their resolution and document them in our knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or License in IT, Finance, or related field.

• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Knowledge of financial services/software client support environment is a plus.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/Windows OS/AWS in a support-related setting is a plus.
