Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Grand Sousse Metropolitan Area for a Security Guard. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry, and preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, including conflict resolution, persuasive speaking, listening and communication skills
Physical Security, including knowledge of surveillance equipment, alarms, and emergency procedures
Personnel Security, including knowledge of identification verification, access control, and background checks
Customer Service, including friendly and helpful demeanor, prompt service, and responsive communication
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
High school diploma or equivalent
