And we are looking for you

Your tasks:

-Creates or contributes to logistics concepts (inbound, outbound, packaging, ADC etc.) and calculates logistics costs (freight costs, packaging costs, ADC costs etc.)
– Define and provide country value chain requirements for customer RFQs and nominated projects
– Implements logistics concept for awarded customer projects (inbound, outbound, packaging, ADC, emergency concepts, customs etc.)
– Designs and implements processes in local(same Country) Advanced Delivery Centre (ADC) incl. implementation with 3PL
– Calculates logistics costs for different business scenarios inside the Country
– Contributes to negotiations of logistics agreements with customers and suppliers for customer projects (e.g. flexibility agreement)
– Adapts and implements logistics concept changes during series phase (incl. cost calculations)
– Provides support to customer RFQ process
– Leads improvement projects in the Country, coordinating different cross-functional team members
– Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential project risks and develops contingency plans
– Represents VCM department within defined projects in the plant (new programs for a specific customer, internal projects, roll out Value Chain strategy & standards, etc.)
– Develops and delivers progress reports, project timelines and milestones, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
– Supports the Stock Take process in the Production Facility where based

Your Skills:

• Level of Education: Engineer
• Branch of Study:  Supply chain/ Industrial
• Experience:  Two years experience in Supply Chain Management/ automative industry is appreciated
• Language: French and English
• Social competences: Conflict Management /Feedback Skills /Moderation Skills / Negotiation Skills /Presentation Skills / Problem Solving Techniques /Project Management
• Professional competences: Material Flow Planning, Packagine, Procurement & Supply Chain Concepts
