a Projects Assistant
(full-time)!

Main duties of the job:
I) Operations:
• Responsible for all Digital Conferences, salons and trainings which includes:
– Scheduling and invitation management.
– Responsible for the evaluation and Feedback reports of all conferences and training measurements for LEED projects.
– Meeting minutes taking and meetings organization.
• Ongoing communication with and motivation of the project beneficiaries. Responsible together with the PO of KPIs of the project logframe for the WOMENTUM project and other upcoming projects.
• Assisting to all other operational topics regarding LEED projects.
• Coordinating with the Production Manager outreach and communication with service providers.
II) Research:
• Conducting contextual research under the supervision of the CEO MENA about topic of relevance to LEED’s strategic pillars.
• Conducting mapping under the supervision of the CEO MENA of the CSO landscape and influencers of relevance to LEED’s work.
• Assist the project teams in research on the field that contribute to projects success.
III) Admin:
• Assisting the CEO MENA in all relevant office administrative matters.
• Ensuring that office equipment are well kept.
• Ensuring that contact lists on Bitrix are well kept and any other Excel contact files.
• Ensuring that files on the Bitrix 24 Drive and the Google Drive are well organized in conformity with the classification standards of LEED.
Candidate profile:
– A minimum of Bachelor Degree in a related field to LEED’s mission.
– At least two years of working experience in a Project Assistant role.
– Proficiency in working with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google apps and social media.
– Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate with ease with different stakeholders.
– Good research skills.
