Multimedia Journalist

The LEED Initiative seeks applications from Multi Media / Video Journalists for its new Video Magazine Format LEED Magazine.

Here we want to present investigative short documentaries, Interviews and Visions of leaders in the field of Womens Rights Movements, Gender Equality, Employability, Young Entrepreneurs and Digital Innovation.

The language of the content will be in English and addressing an international audience. For our first two editions we want to set a focus on the work and challenges of Women organisations in Tunisia.

You come with a good cinematographic eye for high class footage, the appropriate film equipment and a good journalistic instinct as well as the talent to present a good story.

We expect a

• – High quality short documentary (5 – max 8 minutes) plus accompanying article.
• – An interview (Video 5 minutes and written)
• – Production of extra 30-minute footage (Motives have to be agreed.
• – As well as a shooting of a leader figure who gives a story about her / his Vision (only shooting necessary, max 5 minutes).
• – All content should be ready to publish (inclusive voice over, post-production etc.)
• – Total buy out of the filming material including the footage.

The renumeration will be 2.000,00 Euros. This amount is covering all expenses including filming material, traveling costs and taxes.

The LEED Initiative will provide a team member with journalism experience to conduct preliminary research and interview appointments, develop a filming schedule, plan filming locations and organise all necessary arrangements and permissions.
