Your tasks
- • Processing of spare parts and conversion inquiries: preparing and issuing quotations, order processing
- and delivery date monitoring
- • Contact person for customers; commercial advice throughout the entire process from inquiry to delivery
- • Clarification of queries at the quotation and order stage
- • Shipping processing through invoicing, preparation, coordination of the shipment and issuing of import/ export documents
- • Support 24/7 hotline outside business hours
- • Monitoring of payments and accounts receivable
- • Claim management – processing of complaints, returns
Your profile
- • Completed university study in trade or technical training with deep business knowledge
- • Experience in shipping processing, especially in the field of import & export of goods necessary
- • Business fluent in written and spoken English & French
- • Experience in handling letter of credit transactions
- • Knowledge and of the valid import & export regulations
- • SAP Knowledge and good MS Office skills
- • Experience with e-commerce systems is wished
- • Open and outgoing personality
- • High degree of independence, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- • High customer orientation
