Marketing Data Analyst

Job summary

Reporting to Digital Transformation unit, you will ensure that our clients can make the most of their data by decoding and extracting relevant insights on their customers’ behavior and providing relevant business recommendations.

Your role will be to:

• Assist our clients in building Data plans for their platforms and design dashboards with relevant KPIs to help them better drive their business
• Build relevant and reliable analysis with respect to clients’ deadlines
• Provide business recommendations based on data and insights to help our clients reach their business target (strategic plans, new marketing campaigns, improvement on existing campaigns, etc.) and making sure to monitor and measure results for continuous improvement
• Develop performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our clients’ operations on various levels (acquisition, customer base engagement & retention, etc.) through traditional & digital channels

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business analytics or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of analytics. An experience in the field of Telecom or Banking / Finance would be a plus.
• You have confirmed skills on one or more analytical tools (SAS, R, …)
• You master statistical modeling methods and are regularly updated on new algorithms and methods
• You are able to adopt and adapt to new technologies
