Our mission is to work with leading startups around the world to support them with hiring at a key stage of growth. Kandidate is working with top tech startups, with a strong Talent Partner and Talent Researcher team. Kandidate also has its own platform. The platform allows candidates all over the world to sign up and receive exclusive offers from VC-backed startups (Balderton, Accel, Local Globe, Octopus Ventures, etc) in Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles. We partner with the best SaaS, Fintech, InsurTech, Ed-tech, etc. startups in London, and some of these to date are Airwallex, Chainanlysis, Zego, Decoded, Algolia, Chronomics, Coconut, Zencargo, Orbus Software, Sales Impact Academy, ContentCal, and many more.

• We are hiring for smart and driven sourcers on both a junior and mid-level, to work with our team on a remote basis.

This job suits you well if you:

• Have a strong interest in researching markets, companies and people
• You know how to write a great boolean string
• Love playing around with words to write that amazing message and make an excellent first impression
• Are intrigued by technology; you’re eager to learn and experiment, while always keeping the candidate experience in mind.
• Have a strong command of written and spoken English
• Enjoy working remotely in a small, flexible and fast-moving team

Here’s what the job will bring

• Contributing to quality & speed of hiring for exciting start-ups worldwide by building deep pipelines with tech talent and senior candidates
• Becoming world-class at sourcing; you will start following our own ‘Kandidate Academy’ and throughout your career, you will keep on learning about the most advanced sourcing technologies
• Being able to contribute to hitting companies’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion targets by digging deeper into various key tech communities
• Partnering with our friendly Talent Partner team in London (who help some of the world’s most interesting startups hire) or working directly with start-up Founders & Directors worldwide – making sure they can hire with confidence
• Building a strong understanding of profiles across multiple disciplines (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Product)
• Working remotely from wherever you feel at home – or enjoying some good office vibes and coffee in London, Paris, Lissabon, Berlin, Skopje, NY or LA
• Enjoying unlimited one-to-one coaching via MoreHappi
