Customer Acquisition Specialist

Kamioun is an early-stage startup, mobile first marketplace that directly connects FMCG manufacturers and small grocery shops. Kamioun partners directly with local and multinational FMCG companies to source products and allow small retail shops to order goods simply for free delivery within 24 hours.
In order to accelerate the growth of the company we are looking for a customer acquisition specialist. In charge of the acquisition team, your role is to increase the customer acquisition and maximize the customer experience.
What you will do
Customer acquisition
- Hire, train and motivate a teams of acquisition representative
- Create strategic acquisition plan and define targets for each acquisition representative
- Report on acquisition progress vs targets and analyse the gaps
- Acquire key target customers, in line with our long-term strategic plan
- Coordinate with the marketing team to take actions that will generate leads
Onboarding
- Guide new customers to place their first orders
- Ensure that new customers use the app properly
- Collect new customers’ feedback
- Coordinate with the the ops team to ensure the success of the onboarding process
Account management
- Analyse customers order to increase the revenue per customer
- Analyse NPS results and take actions to fix the reported issues
- Follow-up of customers to retain them, establish a relationship of trust with them
Who you are
- Business-related degree
- 3 years of experience in sales (Ideally in retail or FMCG sector)
- You are able to energize, align, and manage a team.
- You have excellent leadership skills, combining a low-ego approach, competitive spirits and ability to motivate and empower others
- You have a good understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English or French
