About the Role and your responsibilities

• Develop lead generation digital campaigns to support recruitment efforts
• Work closely with the global team, supporting the rollout of marketing and communications campaigns for events, as well as ensuring the implementation of regular communications to these audiences
• Oversee the creation of digital content across a variety of channels, ensuring activity is integrated and consistent with the Jobzioo’s overarching communications objectives
• Develop and create engaging content to support campaign outreach
• Develop and manage a monthly multi-channel social media calendar to achieve organizational objectives and grow Jobzioo’s online community across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages, and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation
• Work with the sales team to design and deliver campaigns that attract and engage with funders, clients, and potential investors

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communications
• Demonstrable curiosity and interest in digital trends and developments
• Demonstrable experience working with ads across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) as well as Google Ads
• Teamwork skills.
• Punctual

Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
• A high degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams
• Detailed working method
