Services Administrator
As an Itergy Services Administrator experienced in Finance or project management, you will be a key member of our team. Working closely with the management, finance, project and managed services team, you will coordinate the financial and administrative management of projects and services. As a Service Administrator you will be coached and mentored to ensure your skills increase and you develop professionally in your career.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Management, IT or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience working on administrative support, project management or accounting
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with dashboarding, preferably PowerBI
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and intercultural communication skills, particularly at distance communication
- Good verbal, written and presentation skills
- Fluent in English written and spoken
Your Day-to-Day:
- Track and report on the overall progress and health of projects for the Services executive
- Assist in planning the utilization and resources capacity
- Report on financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc.
- Set up project tracking in the company ERP for each project
- Working with project managers to track budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Track all types of work, i.e., project work, non-project work, vacation
- Support financial administration of the project (monitoring budgets, contracting support, organising funding transfers, reimbursements, invoices etc.)
- Organize and track solutions
- Process design and implementation
- Centralize repository for all project files
- Manage and coordinate managed services contract renewals directly with clients
- Administer Microsoft licenses on behalf of clients
- Track, managed and update templates as needed
- Communicating with the internal team / management to provide updates on project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the management team
- Write Meetings minutes
- Manage calendars for the management team
- Assist the management team with new initiatives.
