RESPONSIBILITIES

-Originating investment/credit opportunities
-Developing investment theses and structuring investments
-Monitoring industry and business due diligence, financial and risk analysis, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities and all production of required documentation
-Leading investment committee discussions and developing relationships with senior level executives, investment bankers, and private equity sponsors
-Managing investment monitoring and collection of proceeds
-Operational management of the vehicle and the team

PROFILE

-Graduates from top tier Business or Engineering schools.
-Minimum 10 years of experience

SKILLS

-Highly entrepreneurial driven and polished individual who is keen to work within a boutique environment with actual exposure to live transactions
-Strong knowledge of the Tunisian economy, its banking system and the SME financing ecosystem
-Large business network
-Confirmed managerial capabilities
-Strong analytical and numeracy skills with particular concern for accuracy and attention to details
-Strong financial background and great understanding of private debt and risk pricing/evaluation concept
