We’re Hiring:

Industrial Engineering & Operational Excellence Manager

(M/F) a Sousse .

      • 🎓 Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
      • 🗣 Languages: English required – German is a plus
      • 📈 Experience: 7+ years in industrial/production environments
    • We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to strengthen our Operational Excellence team. With a solid background in mechanical engineering, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving performance, and driving continuous improvement across the organization in Tunisia
  • Your Mission
    • Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects
    • Optimize production flows and industrial performance
    • Support process innovation and efficiency gains
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production) in Tunisia 🇹🇳 and Germany 🇩🇪
    • Contribute to the development of smart, scalable solutions
  • Your Profile
    • Strong industrial background with 7+ years’ experience
    • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset
    • Fluent in English – German is an asset
    • Agile, solution-driven, and results-oriented
