We are looking for
an HR Assistant.
Responsabilities:
Preparation of contracts, employee amendments
Verification and archiving of employee files and HR administrative files
Preparation of administrative onboarding and coordination of employee integration.
Administrative management of employee requests (Preparation of work certificates, salary statements, tax statements…; providing elements for administrative files for banks, social security…)
Monitoring of health insurance files and management of employee complaints
Monitoring of occupational health files for staff
Payroll management (collection and verification of payroll elements, coordination with the payroll department, printing, filing, and distribution of pay slips, management of payroll-related complaints, coordination and distribution of meal vouchers and gift vouchers)
Probation period (preparation and monitoring of probation periods, organizing HR meetings)
Coordination, preparation, and monitoring of documents related to STCs and handling complaints
Preparation and monitoring of disciplinary files and disciplinary advice
Recruitment process management (Collection of job applications, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates and conducting initial job interviews)
Requirements:
- • French (written/spoken)
- • English (written/spoken)
- • Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage
