Ice Exchange is a currency exchange office situated in front of Mövenpick Hotel Du Lac 1 Tunis, founded in 2019 under the agreement Number: 35, according to the provisions of the circular number 2018-07 issued by the Central Bank of Tunisia, deals withe the exercise of the manual exchange activity by hands through the opening of exchange offices.
Ice Exchange actually managed as one office but soon it will open new offices in various places.
Since it’s establishment, Ice Exchange hired a high qualified team which drive it to builded a wide range of relations with multiple clients as embassies, foreign companies, NGOs, hotels and more.

Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Communications Specialist to join our team!
As a Communications Specialist at Ice Exchange, you will play an integral role in public relations, and corporate communications. You will manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our office. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Ice Exchange in the Tunisian market and implement communications initiatives to support our mission to provide accessible, innovative communication technology to our customers in various sectors.
You know you’re doing a good job when you:
* Promote Ice Exchange’s story, our strategic positioning, vision and service innovations with, embassies, NGOs, foreign companies, prospects, clients, media, influencers, and industry.
* Execute communication programs in-line with our office goals and objectives; ensure key messages are effectively shared with appropriate external and internal audiences.
* Coordinating and producing content for internal social network.
* Cultivate new relationships and build on existing relationships with journalists, thought-leaders and influencers.
* Coordinate external and internal communications flow.
* Create content regularly to grow the office’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters and creative content).
* Plan and execute media events and press conferences.
* Communicate with media regularly.
* Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements etc.
* Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
More about you:
* MBA or Master degree in: marketing or journalism or business or finance or business english.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; a passion for editorial and grammatical excellence.
* An understanding of communication mediums, such as forums and blogs, and experience utilizing them effectively in communications programs is required.
* The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
* Previous experience as a journalist or marketing will be an advantage.
* Candidate must be open to travel inside and outside the country as needed.
