Job Description:
As an Experienced Real Estate Negotiator at Home in Tunisia, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our company’s objectives. You will be working within our offices in Sousse, Hammam Sousse, and Hergla, managing a portfolio of real estate properties and advising clients in their real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new real estate opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Organize and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends.
- Actively contribute to the company’s growth.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an experienced real estate negotiator.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Residency in the Sahel region of Tunisia.
Compensation:
At Home in Tunisia, we believe in rewarding outstanding performance. As an experienced real estate negotiator, you will benefit from an attractive commission structure, with commissions reaching up to 70% of the agency’s commission. A skilled real estate negotiator can earn between 2,000 and 12,000 dinars per month, depending on their skills and performance.
