Work closely with the regional team and give continuous local input and participate in the elaboration of the regional categories/brand strategy
Develop and lead the development of future growth segment and activity plan to ensure profitable growth path of the company and to be prepared to the market exponential future growth
Develop, steer and implement local marketing strategies by category and brand in light of regional strategy taking into consideration local specifities
Prepare and present annual Brands Reviews and Marketing activity plan for the categories/brands portfolio
Develop and define annual and monthly sales targets in collaboration with the sales team, with regards to categories/brands visions, strategy and activity plan as well as trade activity plans
Define brands E6 for KP, E1 and E2 with collaboration of controlling departments
Keep challenging the targets, plans, activities for optimization if necessary
Prepare , share and lead projects plan with all functions while organizing and leading weekly/ monthly projects meetings
Lead and coach Junior or Assistant Brand Managers (when ABM or JBM role is needed)
Lead and coach Interns of short and/or long term internship
Coordinate with Regional team on projects implementation
Ensure being continuously informed on new marketing methods/experiences including researches, media, and advertising and consumer promotions.
Centralize and archive all brands information, analysis in Brands’ Fact Book
