Job Description
- You must have the right to work in Tunisia
- As a Country Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for your region.
- You will set up, hire and manage your own team of about 50-80 people, and set targets to achieve success.
- You will identify new business opportunities for the company and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be involved in all operational aspects, from strengthening internal processes to setting up nationwide marketing campaigns.
- You will be involved in local fundraising and M&A.
- You will have to guide and motivate your own team of ambitious and talented people.
- You will be in constant contact with our central team to align our global strategy and targets.
