HR & Administrator

Job Description

Constitution, organization and updating of HR personnel files
Follow-up of contracts with the employment office
Preparation of administrative documents for employees (attestations, certificates, letters …)
Preparation of various social and administrative files
Supplying and managing the internal HR applications of GOMYCODE
Others could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs of the team.

Qualifications

HR Administrator should be:

- Comfortable with French and English languages
- Experience: beginner (0-1 years)
- Organized

Required education and experience

You are a post graduated (Bac+3) in HR
