Your Responsibilities 📜
✅ Manage day-to-day hackerspace operations smoothly and efficiently.
✅ Manage hackerspace capacity by coordinating with sales and operations team.
✅ Serve members by giving instructions, providing clear processes and clean, safe working environments.
✅ Work with marketing to organize events such as workshops, information sessions, demo days, job fairs, etc.
✅ Manage student and instructor onboarding processes.
✅ Provide after-sales technical support to new customers.
✅ Create an environment conducive to learning, creativity and creation.
✅ Obtain feedback from students and instructors to ensure improvement of the overall experience.
Required Experience 📜
➕ You have 1 year’s professional experience in an operations or project management, customer service or sales role
➕Good levels of English and French
