Job Title:
European Creative Design Lead
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Overview of Role: Goldstar is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our global team, managing the graphic needs for our European Marketing projects alongside our staff in Ireland, Tunisia and the United States. We are looking for the right individual who performs the role in line within our core Goldstar Values:

Types of projects you will work on:
- • Catalogue & Collateral Production – Manage the development of our annual and seasonal catalogues (interactive digital and print), product advertising materials and sell sheets.
- • Email Design – Support our ongoing email marketing with an emphasis on highlighting both products and services with high contrasting colour, strong typography and creative design.
- • Social & Web Graphics – Develop simple, high impact graphics for social media, our website and other digital advertising.
- • Dimensional & Display Graphics – Work with and design printed graphics for sales kits, tradeshow displays and other packaging projects.
Your Previous Experience
- • A Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- • 6+ years graphic design experience in a marketing department or agency required.
- • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/ InDesign/ Illustrator/ Dreamweaver). Other software experience a plus.
- • Experienced in developing graphic projects and adapting copy changes for multiple languages (English, French, German, Italian)
- • Developing email/web graphics with experience in animating GIFS, HTML/HTML 5 and CSS/CSS3.
- • Experience with managing the development of a catalogue or other large print production-oriented projects
- • Shown ability to develop infographics and other design focusing on highlight both products and business services.
Key skills and attributes
- • Language – Proficiency in the English language (written and oral) is essential.
- • Time & Project Management – The ability to manage multiple projects and use your time effectively to complete projects correctly and on schedule.
- • Attention to detail – Ability to review project notes and feedback and apply them accurately to design drafts are essential.
- • Design for Marketing – A demonstrated understanding of high-impact typography, design hierarchy and photo editing/adaptation.
- • Organisation Habits – Organizing both project details and production files are essential to work with a global team
- • Work Habits & Delegation – Ability to work independently, as part of team and give direction and basic supervision to others is an important part of this role.
- • Adaptable – Ability to understand and adapt to changing business needs is important.
