Manage property website, including Press Room, within the corporate standards, and maintain image library and video assets to maximize coverage
Actively engages in media relations in partnership with the hotel’s public relations agency by managing professional relationships with local regional and national media and influencers. Includes hosting media visits, pitching targeted story ideas, organizing fam trips, photo shoots, entertaining key media and influencer contacts, responding in a timely way to media enquiries, and supporting social PR.
Works closely with the F&B and Spa teams to develop hotel programming, promotional and marketing activities to drive marketing and revenue opportunities. Role may entail oversight and execution of hotel programming.

In partnership with the hotel’s Social Media Coordinator, oversees the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
Plays a key role in reputation management; acts as a strategic communications advisor to management by keeping track of public attitudes, flagging possible consequences of decisions, developing key messages and managing issues and crisis communications. Position provides oversight of Social Media Manager in handling responses.
In partnership with Director of Marketing, able to manage relationships with public relations agencies, assist with marketing briefs and keep agencies and corporate partners informed of relevant news and updates to maximize opportunities for exposure.
