For our purposes, we are recruiting:
Technical Support Engineers
Mission:
Within a project team as a Technical Support Engineer, you will support an operator of a SAP client. Your duties will include:
- Managing technical incidents.
- Monitoring and managing the incidents.
- Ensuring quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents.
- Diagnosing and / or resolving technical customer problems level 2 and 3.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance and customer relationship.
- Providing knowledge sharing.
Profile:
- Computer Engineer.
- Fluency in business English is required.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Focus on quality delivery.
