For our purposes, we are recruiting: SW Test Lead (Test Automation, C/ Pyhton/ Matlab)

Profile 

• Development Engineer graduates in Computer Science / electronics or equivalent 
• Good knowledge of SW Development: C, python, Matlab/Simulink 
• Minimum 2 years of embedded Software development or testing 
• ISO 26262 and ASPICE knowledge and experience is a real advantage 
• Good communication and Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems 
• Very good level in French and English 
• Agile and Continuous Improvement mindset 

Mission

• Lead software testing. 
• Requirement analysis 
• Software design reviews 
• Test Automation (C, Python, Matlab, Shell scripts…) 
• Drive Unit, Integration and Functional testing 
• Perform software test activities in compliance with SW Development Plan 
• Product test requirements analysis, creating test strategy, creating test plans, designing test cases, test execution and test report generation 
• Development, debugging and maintenance of automated test tools and test scripts 
• Improving the efficiency, reliability, and stability of the test platform 
• Provide detailed issues, risk reports and advice for different areas of the Software 
• Supports continuous improvement process, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution 
• Investigate issues found through test or from customers, identify root cause and use this input to improve the tests
