We are a consultancy agency and we double as a start up. Perfect solutions look good on paper yet are always fragile and temporary, we privilege adequate adaptive ones. We go beyond brute force solutions and overly complicated designs to give a natural flow to any process that makes problem solving ergonomic and cost-efficient.
The Mission
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain functional web APIs and applications. Your responsibilities include leading the development of the application, refining specifications and resolving technical issues, as well as leading a team of young and eager to-learn-juniors. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience building web APIs from scratch and in-depth knowledge of the following:

- Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Docker & PostgresSQL
- Services: Firebase, Stripe & Keycloak (Preferred)
- Methodologies: openID flow, clean or layered architecture & UML
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test backend application code
- Work with PMs and developers to deliver against a roadmap you have agreed upon
- Apply best practices in application security
- Develop performant RestAPI resolvers
- Improve database queries for more throughput and scalability
- Support other team members through code reviews and continuous feedback
Requirements:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with TypeScript & Node.js
- Substantial experience working with object–relational mapping
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
