Sales & Admissions Consultant

Your responsibilities will include proactively responding to customer inquiries and bookings, managing the booking process as part of the after-sales process, building the company brand and advising potential students on EF programs.

Daily Tasks Include

• Drive sales of our education programs through tele-sales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers (your #1 priority);
• Proactively respond to customers’ inquiries and bookings
• Provide pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students.

Requirements

• University degree;
• 1-3 years of related work experience ideally gained in a sales office setting (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Excellent level in English and French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial instincts
• Energy, flexible personality and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
• Great attention to detail
• Available from January/February 2023

• Experience of working or studying abroad
• Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree
