We are looking for a highly motivated

JAVA Tech Lead

to join a dynamic team and work on exciting projects.

Your missions:

Design the application’s architecture and develop software components;
Supervise the technical project and ensure that the budget is kept;
Support and manage the know-how of the Java team;
Secure a high quality code;
Develop and perform unit validation tests;
Prepare the solution’s delivery for the testing phases;
Keep an eye on technological advances;
Provide technical problem solving to the team though coaching and mentoring activities
Produce documentation and ensure activity reporting

Skills required :

• Advanced degree in software engineering
• +2 years of experience as Java Lead Dev, Java Tech Lead or Java Software Architect
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of Frontend and Backend developers.
• Technical Skills: Micro services, Java11, Spring Boot, React JS, React Native, JUnit, Docker, Git, PostgreSQL, Unix, Windows, …
• Updated in terms of technology advances, autonomous and bearer of ideas.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent French and professional english are a must.
