To support our continued growth and maintain excellence in our IT infrastructure, we are looking for a DBA & Cloud Systems Lead (H/F) to join our dynamic international team based in Tunis.
- 🛠️ What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize database environments (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure)
Architect, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and data migration strategies
Ensure high system availability through day-to-day operations management
Implement best practices in security, backups, and disaster recovery
Drive automation, monitoring, and performance tuning initiatives
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to maintain best practices and operational excellence - 🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership experience in database administration and infrastructure planning
Proven expertise with Oracle DB, PostgreSQL DB, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Solid knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, scripting (Python, Shell), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
