Job Description:

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented digital marketer to assist our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing and community strategies across digital channels. Our ideal candidate is an avid learner and engaged team player who displays strong time-management skills. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Digital marketer duties and responsibilities:

• -Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database and email campaigns.
• -Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
• -Update the website with relevant visuals and content as needed and assist in designing web banners and web visuals.
• -Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
• -Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
• -Boost social media engagement through brand awareness and other campaigns.
• -Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications.
• -Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
• -Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.
• -Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• -Plan and manage our social media platforms.

• -Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• -Coordinate with the marketing team to improve marketing results.
• -Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• -Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience and create content and marketing campaigns to improve results.
• -Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• -Oversee and manage all digital community projects.

Job requirements:

• -Educational background in Marketing or relevant fields.
• -Experience planning and leading digital marketing initiatives.
• -Solid knowledge in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing copywriting.
• -Strong understanding of CMS software, analytical tools, and email automation tools.
• -Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
• -Ability to prioritize, manage, and work across multiple projects.
• -Level III in Arabic, French, and English.
• -Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• -Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
• -Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
• -Creative with the ability to brainstorm and present new and innovative ideas, concepts, and campaigns.
• -Knowledge of Blockchain technology and NFTs preferred.
