Digital Marketing Executive

As part of our growth strategy, Dabchy is looking for an ambitious and highly-motivated Social Media Executive who will be responsible for maintaining Dabchy’s social media platforms.
The ideal candidate must have passion for marketing and be well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing concepts as well as possessing good writing abilities.
The candidate must also have the resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets such as increased leads and enquiries with the proposed and executed marketing strategies.

Job description:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive your goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Additionally, you will be required to:

– Create and execute marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc…
– Copyright for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages
– Create brand awareness to gain audience attention
– Community management: handle communication and various types of interactions in the social media platforms
– Drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points
– Support internal marketing, business development, corporate service, and operations team to develop strategic and tactical content
– Regular lead and performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns

Qualifications Required:

– Masters/Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or relevant field of study
– 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing
– In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms including their algorithms, best practices, latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
– In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements
– Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs
– Fluency in English and French are a must
– Excellent skills in pack office and Data analysis capabilities
