- We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader to launch our operations in Algeria and launch at least 10 schools in Algeria within the 18 months. As of now, we have 2 schools running in Algiers.
- Since 2015, we have founded iMadrassa (K12 platform), temtem (ride hailing), Factory Digitale (tech agency), temtem One (fintech & marketplace), temtem delivery (logistics).

Job Description
– You will be in constant contact with our CEO to align our global strategy and targets
– As a Country Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for your region
– You will set up, hire and manage your own team of about 80-100 people, and set targets to achieve success
– You will identify new business opportunities for the company and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– You will be involved in all operational aspects, from strengthening internal processes to setting up nationwide marketing campaigns
– You will have to guide and motivate your own team of ambitious and talented people
– You will feel the excitement of building a start-up and making decisions impacting people’s lives
Qualifications
– You have at least 2 years experience in a management/strategy consulting firm or big 4
– You are willing to take a hands-on approach and are not afraid to complete a variety of operational tasks.
– You are an analytical mind with outstanding people skills
– You are comfortable using data to make relevant decisions
– You are willing to take bold new approaches to doing business while remaining humble and open to continuous learning
– You are proficient in French and English
