The Internal Communications Team serve as strategic partners throughout the business to inform, engage and inspire team members around the world. We are small yet mighty, made up of Communications Business Partners, Creatives, and Event Professionals with a shared passion for cutting through noise and crafting captivating stories that bring our customers, our team members, and our strategy to life.

What you will do:

As a member of the Internal Communications Team, you will be creating and collaborating on projects that will be seen by Vista team members across the globe. As an experienced designer and visual storyteller, you will be tasked with owning and driving a creative agenda that brings our communications to life. You will have a portfolio of innovative examples showcasing the breadth of your skills, can think strategically and have previous experience of working efficiently within a small team.

• • Layout and design of weekly, quarterly, and annual publications.
  • Photography editing and graphics creation to support internal messaging.
  • Presentation design and support for large scale and company-wide meetings.
  • Conceptualization and execution of branding and collateral for conferences and events.
  • Exposure to senior leadership, special projects, and opportunities to shine!

• • A strong portfolio displaying layout and presentation expertise.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an agency or in-house team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Ability to take conceptual feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate it into creative solutions.
  • Superb information design abilities, impeccable problem-solving skills, and a “work smart” attitude.
  • Understanding of the latest design trends and an interest in exploring and pushing creative boundaries
  • Good English Skills

Nice to have:

• • Experience producing and/or supporting virtual and in-person events.
  • Photography and/or Videography production or post-production experience.
  • Ability to think about design beyond the screen and print.
