About The Role:

You’ll be working as a Lead Developer on our Applications Team, responsible for delivering the software that helps solve the real-world problems that IT professionals face. You will focus on building tools that will help the Services, enabling them to deliver high-value services to our global customers. Making this experience seamless is key to customer happiness and helps us more effectively and quickly monitor their security. Lead Developers are a part of the whole UX continuum from the interface to the person.

Responsibilities Include:

• – The first responsibility of the health, performance and availability of the company applications in all the environments: Dev/Test/PreProd/Prod.
• – Complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
• – Writing business requirements documents and/or managing the Agile backlogs, and monitoring the implementation of each project.
• – Maintain code quality, performing automated unit and integration testing.
• – Refactor legacy codebase.
• – Rework flows to improve production system:
• – Maintaining and developing the current systems.
• – Integrate the internal system with 3rd party systems.
• – Provide technical guidance to other team members.
• – Work in a team collaborative environment
• – Share knowledge and expertise and coach newcomers to leverage the technical skills within the team
• – Write and update technical documentation
• – Ability to learn and work with other technologies based on the IT department needs.
• – Assist team developer

You should be an expert in working with technologies such as:

• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of front-End development
• Architecture design for more than 3 years.
• Extensive experience with Frontend technologies like Angular and/or React.
• Familiar with database technologies like MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Strong UI skills: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery
• Web components

In addition, you have proven leadership experience from previous projects, regardless of the title held.

You have the ability to build designs and workflows for large engineering projects with independence and expertise. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring other staff members and will regularly lead UX/UI projects. You have a high level of mastery over design best practices and building reusable design patterns.
