Job Description:
In the role of Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to existing customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customers relationship. An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator. He must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. You have an excellent sales attitude with the ability to be responsive, and resourceful. You have the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction adoption retention and the overall success
Skills & Qualifications
- C1/C2 in English and Classic Arabic. You will have to speak 70% of your time in Arabic and 30% in English
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
- Outstanding negotiations skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about the platform and describe/explain it to prospect clients
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Creative thinking skills, patience and the ability to engage customers in conversation
Key Responsibilities
- Meet personal/team targets
- Work with the sales team and provide updates on the on-boarding process
- Have a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently within the team
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about updates and how to use the platform
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
