Job description:

– Leading the management and strategic direction of the Head office.
– Developing an engaged leadership team to deliver operational excellence across all hotels.
– Driving revenue growth through effective yield management, strategic marketing initiatives, and maximizing the guest experience.
– Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, guests, and suppliers.
