Your responsibilities:
Ø Verification and monitoring of invoices files according to Local Regulation and Bosch Central Directives
Ø Manage payments received by customers and submit the receivables to the bank
Ø Revive Customers concerning payments together with the Credit Manager
Ø Submit administrative documents from or to external partners
Ø Liaising with Banks, Auditors and third parties for financial transactions
Ø Coordination with various local entities (tax, legal, social security, telephone, electricity, etc) for successful running of day to day business
Ø Ensure the proper application of Bosch procedures (the legislation of laws and regulations)
Ø Check all the expense claims before the bookkeeping
Ø Assist the different Business Units in the Finance Management.
Your competencies and qualifications:
Ø 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
Ø Strong background in accounting standards and accounting processes (accounting entry, financial statement, Inventory….)
Ø Fluent in French and English
Ø Excellent communication skills, team spirit, well organized…
Ø Good level of analytical skills
Ø Knowledge of MS office (word, excel…)
Ø Type of contract: CDI
