IT Intern

RESPONSABILITIES   

• Provide Helpdesk support to end-users.
• Update user PCs.
• Prepare requisitions for IT equipment and software
• Manage hardware and software for asset management. Run and build reports relating to assets.
• Perform updates and hard drive images.
• Assist in deploying desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

• Respond to requests for assistance and troubleshoot problems.
• Support desktop and laptop hardware, software and applications.
• Service printers.
• Move hardware around the offices.
• Configure hardware for new staff.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Provide training on how to use applications and software.
• Provide and maintain basic network connectivity for desktops, laptops, printing, phones and field offices.
• Answering phone lines and routing calls
• Arranging for courier pickup as needed
• Order Office supplies
• Assisting with event/meeting planning,
• Communicating and coordinating requirements closely with general manager & office manager          

PROFILE

• Completed at least 2-years of study, or equivalent previous experience.
• Must currently be a student working on a degree in I.T. or related field.
• Comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues across the organization
• ITIL foundation knowledge would be an advantage
• English and French, Arabic.
