Location: Kochi, India
Experience: Minimum 10 years in corporate sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
• Adequate experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a retail environment.
• Oversee the retail sales team, providing support and monitoring performance management process to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the corporate training and consulting sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for corporate training and consulting products.
• Identify new business opportunities (corporate), build relationships with key decision-makers, and close sales.
• Oversee the retail sales team, providing support and monitoring performance management process to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the corporate training and consulting sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, to senior management.
• Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
