**Job Description:**
As a Sales Manager at Axess Logistique, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with the marketing and operations departments to develop and implement sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.

– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
