An excellent opportunity to join us as “Senior Professional Services Consultant”, this is a key role in a strong developing business area “Axe Finance”

A “PS consultant” acts as an interface between the Client business teams and Axe Finance. He or She is responsible for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through the following activities:

• Helping the Client to specify his requirements according to the best practices and the capabilities,
• Configuring the system according to the functional specifications,
• Internally: Supervision, assistance, and training of other Axe Finance employees,
• Supporting the Client during test phases,
• Training the trainers
• Assisting in change management
• Overall, delivering a high-quality solution as per the agreed sow.

Profile requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/Finance
• Minimum of 3 project implementations
• User experience awareness and continuous improvement
• Broad functional knowledge and IT skills
• Knowledge of client contexts Graduated from a reputable Business School
• Holds an engineering degree
• Good communication in English & French,
