un logisticien

avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur les sites de production industrielle

qui va occuper le poste de “Responsable support Client”

• avec les tâches suivantes :

• Recording customer orders / updating call orders
• Coordination of customer needs and possible delivery dates with production planning
• Recording customer needs in the ERP system (2013: J.D. Edwards)
• Creating order confirmations
• Contact person for international customers for first-level support for telephone inquiries to clarify deliveries (date, quantity, delivery type)
• Maintenance of master data (delivery addresses, prices, Incoterms, payment conditions)
• Creating customer-specific delivery plans
• Tracking order, production and delivery statuses in the AVO Group production network
• Coordination of production with our factories in France and Tunisia
• Creating statistical evaluations
• Coordination of daily deliveries with production and shipping
• Reviewing customer receivables and creating customer credit notes
• Processing customer complaints on a commercial level
