- Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
- Location: Tunis office, Tunisia
Required Education & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science and a minimum of 2+ year of relevant past experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer or Business Analyst.
Good understanding of object-oriented design and programming.
Full English & French professional proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce .com environment with 1500+ users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks - Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manage Salesforce .com data feeds and other integrations
- Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce .com skill set across the organization
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Liaise closely with business analysts, project managers and developers in order to ensure that the Salesforce system is managed effectively.
- Keep abreast of new CRM technology & innovations.
- Maintain clear lines of contact with all colleagues and within our CRM Center of Excellence
- Executing test plans.
- Keeping up to date with procedure amendments.
- Handling specific Salesforce duties as assigned by senior managers.
