✅Lead project planning and execution.
✅Mentor junior and intermediate consultants.
✅Support clients during system launches and provide post-launch follow-up.

Qualifications:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
✅3-5 years of consulting experience.
✅Strong analytical and business acumen.
✅Bilingual in French and English.
✅Ability to travel across North America.

➡ Human Resources Director:
- We are looking for an experienced HR leader to support and guide our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Write, post, and promote job offers and university partnerships.
✅Coordinate onboarding and training of new employees.
✅Manage employee benefits and update HR policies.
✅Provide strategic HR advice to management.
✅Lead performance reviews and manage salary evaluations.

Qualifications:

✅Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
✅10 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
✅Strong knowledge of Quebec Labour Laws.
✅CRHA/CRIA professional designation.
✅Bilingual in French and English.
