Role Overview:

As an HSE Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with the Plant HSE Leader and cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Your expertise will drive the implementation of effective HSE programs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Plant HSE Leader in developing and implementing HSE strategies.
· Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
· Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance with safety protocols.
· Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
· Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices to drive a proactive approach to HSE.
Collaborate with teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
