Here’s the list of the technical know-how you’ll need:

• Experience in PHP frameworks and CMS’s such as Wordpress, Drupal, and Symfony
• Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks like React
• Common coding practices towards MVC and OOP
• Vast understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6)
• Experience with Git and other CLI tools
• Writing well-documented code

Extra kudos if you’ve got any (or all!) of these on your resume as well:

• Knowledge of task runners like Webpack/Grunt/Gulp
• Proficiency with Sass and/or Less
• Interacting directly with clients for technical design and strategy
• Knowledge of common DevOps tooling
• Lando, docker
• Containerisation

Lastly, teamwork, collaboration, and professional excellence are just as important as tech creds.
