a Workforce Management Specialist

What are you going to do?

• You will provide support to Operative functions by maximizing the performance level of the CRM operative part.
• You will include all activities necessary for maintaining a productive workforce, such as service level management, data gathering, organizing shifts, scheduling workers, and data analysis.
• You will produce and analyze productivity reporting to make efficient recommendations to the business
• You will extract (automatic or manual) from the internal or customer systems
• You will process data to make them operative for further use
• You will analyze the processed data to identify any operational anomalies
• You will plan and organize workload, schedule, and execute shift bids to ensure adequate staff needed to meet service level objectives
• You will elaborate the hours produced on the center for further sharing and elaboration

Who are you?

• You have strong mathematical and analytical skills
• You are results-oriented
• You can prioritize, multitask and delegate deliverables effectively
• You can manage conflicts and resolve issues
• You can manage and measure workloads, forecasts, and meaningful reporting
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• You are a proficient user of MS Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
