This key appointment will focus on supporting the CEO through a broad range of executive assistant responsibilities and importantly also acting as the key translator for written and verbal communications between the CEO and any other entities. This will involve real-time translation during virtual meetings with senior colleagues and it, therefore, requires a highly skilled specialist with expert knowledge of French and English both written and spoken.

 The role will also involve a significant customer interface with a broad range of leading international manufacturing customers and this will also include close liaison with sales, marketing, and business development colleagues. It is important therefore that you also have the gravitas and communication skills necessary in order to operate effectively at this level across the business. You will need to have first-class capabilities with current office technology and systems and also be used to working in an international environment such as this.

Mission

1. Provide English/Arabic translation/interpretation
2. Support to administrative and logistical services (travel administration, arrangement of venues for meetings and workshops)
3. Implementation of operational policies
4. Facilitate on knowledge building and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
• Fluent In Both French And English.
• Valid PassPort and The Ability To Travel To ( UK, USA, Dubai)
