Your Role
- As a Business partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris on an international level.
- After the training period, you will complete the following tasks with the support of your manager:
Coordination of the recruitment process:
- Responsible for the recruitment needs.
- Pre-selection interviews through phone calls
- Follow-up of the recruitment process
Direct approach:
- Direct approach and promotion of Amaris on job boards & social networks.
- Development of a network and creation of a portfolio of candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Follow-up:
- Active participation in the recruitment meetings
- Weekly reporting of your activity
Ideal Profile:
- Currently graduated with a Master Degree in Human Resource Management, you have good communication skills, strong persuasive skills and you are dynamic.
- You speak English and french fluently.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Management
- Curious and interested in talent spotting and attraction, you are looking for a challenging international experience within a dynamic company.
