Your Role
As a Business Partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris on an international level. You will be in charge of handling from A to Z your own recruitments for the Administrative and Financial department of Amaris Group.
The profiles that you will be in contact with are junior and senior at the international level. After the training period, you will complete the following tasks with the support of your manager
Coordination of the recruitment process
Direct approach
Follow-up
Moreover, the aim of this experience is the 1st stage of a potential long term professional experience in Amaris Group.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for curious candidates with a background in recruitment or sales with a proactive mindset to join us. You act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients thanks to the knowledge you gained on markets’ business situation, positions, and technologies.
You have a master degree in a relevant field and you are fluent in English and French.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset would be appreciated to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different point of contacts.
Your expertise will allow your clients to maximize their chances in quickly finding the best talent and fit for their needs; helping them to grow their market .
